What you need
- Black Fondant or Marzipan
Directions
- Form two balls and one thin string of black fondant. One of the balls should be about 1/3 of the size of the second one.

- Cut out eight equally sized pieces out of the string. Form the balls into two oval shapes and press together. If they don’t stick, put a tiny bit of water onto the surface that should stick together and press the balls together again.

- Roll the strings out and smooth out the ends. Position them like pictured below. The distance between the first and last legs should be a bit less than the length of the spider’s body.

- Put a tiny bit of water underneath the spider’s body and press the body onto the legs. Let the spider dry and then use it for decorating.
